This quick matching game helps kids notice the people who keep our community running. Print the cards, cut them out, and play anywhere for a screen-free brain break.
Suggested ages
Ages 3-8
Setup
- Print both pages on cardstock or regular paper.
- Cut out the 24 cards.
- Optional: store in a zip bag for grab-and-go play.
How to play
- Shuffle the cards and place them face down in a grid.
- Players flip two cards to find a matching helper.
- If they match, keep the pair and take another turn.
- Most matches wins.
Quick variations
- Easy mode: play with 6 pairs only.
- Challenge mode: name one way that helper serves the community before keeping the match.
